Description

Statement of Work/Overview:

GENERAL SCOPE (GOC754704):

Security Improvements to include recommended items 2 to 4 identified in TRA completed by BGIS in 2016-17. Improvements include window film at ground level, sprinkler system protection and an electronic intrusion detection system including door contacts and motion detectors at locations identified in TRA.

ITEM 2: An EID system including door contacts and motion alarms at access points and hallways is recommended, with offsite monitoring with response service to investigate alarms for silent hours.
ITEM 3: Secure the sprinkler system in the basement with access door and secured with an appropriate padlock.
ITEM 4: All windows on the first floor should have enhanced security features added such as vandal resistant glazing or security bars.
