GOC372889-CS - Replace Weather Stripping on Glazed Doors

Weather stripping on exterior glazed doors will have reached the end of their useful life; existing doors will provide better energy efficiency with new weather stripping. This event will improve the functionality of the exterior doors as well as overall energy efficiency and occupant comfort. Consultant to Investigate and report:  Provide new weather‐stripping and door bottoms to all exterior perimeter doors as well as all interior vestibule doors. This is a cyclical event that will take place every 10 years. Consultant to prepare IAR report which will provide recommendations for all types of repairs with associated costs. Once IAR option is approved by PSPC, tender package and NMS to be prepared by consultant.
