Statement of Work/Overview:
 
GENERAL SCOPE (GOC375448):
Complete selected repairs to spalling cracked and broken panels as identified in the External Building Safety Screening completed December 2011 (attached). There exists granite panel stone facings on all elevations of the building from grade up to the lower level of the 1st floor windows, and ground level to roof at the corner of the north and east elevation, and on selected areas of the second floor over the lower 1st floor roof.  Examine all sealants and replace sealants where there is deterioration.  Highly visible panels will not be repaired in some situations but will be replaced with good panels obtained from other less visible elevations.  The panels removed will then be repaired and used to replace the source panels.
 
This project is for full project scope and follows the project schedule attached.
An IAR is required for this project along with the other items identified in the schedule.

GENERAL SCOPE (GOC582346):
Perform an on-site inspection of the facility and complete a Building Exterior Cladding Inspection (BECI) in the prescribed format and in accordance with the terms of reference - taking into account the level of risk and any known existing or past problems. NOTE: NCA has provided the "Terms of Reference - Intermediate Building Cladding Safety Screening" to facilitate this initiative.
 
This project is a Study-Only project and may not necessarily follow the same project schedule attached.
Consultant is responsible for completing this report in their own template with the company headers.
The IAR process does not apply to this project.
