Description

A condition assessment of the piping system is recommended in order to prevent leaks and property damages. Ultrasonic survey should be completed to identify possible corrosion and wall thickness. This is also to look at the waterproofing condition of the basin. A condition assessment would identify the current condition and the repair project will be prioritized accordingly. Check electrical connection, as it was disconnected in the mechanical room.
