GOC373241-CS - 30 Main Ventilation Fans Condition Study

To conduct study of the condition and measure the efficiency of the 30 main HVAC Systems that consist of Supply, Return and Evacuation Fans of the main system #1 through #30. The supply fans are equipped with a clutch system assembly, fan blades, pneumatic controller and an electric motor. The study will reveal the remaining service life of the fans and determine the replacement schedule if required. First stage will be to prepare an assessment plan and identification of fans and determinate the logical sequence for replacement or update. The consultant must conduct, for fan replacement options, energy & environmental calculation to determine the savings for: KW, KWH & Eco2. All the assumptions used for the engineering calculations must be added into the report.
