Statement of Work/Overview:
. Replace all single pane windows with double pane windows. Tinting and other energy saving properties are to be considered when specifying replacement windows.
-Installing energy efficient windows will reduce energy consumption and produce significant reduction and Greenhouse House Gas produced by the facility. Estimated amounts are contained in the Energy Audit and further review by the BGIS Energy Manager has confirmed the reduction and savings.
