• Tenant improvement for an office occupancy of an existing core and shell space. The project encompasses a portion of the fourth (4th) floor of the office building located at PL James Place at 1230 Government Street in Victoria, British Columbia.
• The office will be an open concept office with some enclosed spaces (meeting room, quiet rooms, privacy rooms, and enclosed offices). The open office space is designed to accommodate 25 full-time employees.
• No alteration to the base building structure is proposed.
• No alterations to the existing building core (exit stairs, washroom, mechanical rooms, electrical rooms) are proposed.
• Number of exits remains the same.
