Statement of Work/Overview:

GENERAL SCOPE:
Work of this Contract comprises rerouting of the roof drains above the Drill Hill of the Cornwall Armoury, 505 Fourth Street East, Cornwall. The interior roof drains will be routed to a new outlet at the north-west end of the drill hall. The roof drain leader will extend down through the foundation wall and into a new storm sewer. The storm sewer is to extend north to a new Maintenance Hole, and then west, through the existing easement and connect to the existing storm sewer lateral off Marlborough Avenue. New Combined sewers will be added and the existing Combined sewers will be put out of service.

Addendum #1:
Clarification:
Plans that were submitted last week were not “fully complete”. Details were drawn that did not print. As
such, please find attached the revised drawings.
ALL OTHER ITEMS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.

Addendum #2
Second site visit scheduled for Wednesday July 12, 2017 at 1:00 PM ET, attendance at only one Site Visit is mandatory.

Site visit is Mandatory and it is the bidder’s responsibility to be familiar with each assigned facility and their existing site condition prior to bidding.

A building tech for the facility will be available for the site visit.

Photo ID required if attending; If attending, proponents must check in with Security Deks on the date of the visit. (DO NOT INQUIRE WITH THE TENANT)
All Proponents MUST arrive on time and MUST stay for the entire Mandatory Site Visit. Any Proponent that arrives late or does not stay for the entire Mandatory Site Visit Will be considered noncompliant.
In the event that less than three Proponents attend the site tour, BGIS may cancel the solicitation or schedule an alternative site tour.
