GOC754266 - Consulting - Fire Alarm System Upgrade

Install a new fire panel for the building as per Tyco quote.   Entire system will need to be reviewed for compliance of end devices (pull stations, smoke detectors, etc.) with fire code and accessibility codes. The code review is to include for the elevator which currently does not home to the 1st floor.   Issues with panel rebooting and losing power were identified by FLS contractor who recommended the panel needed to be replaced.  Consultant to verify presence of strobes and provide recommendations on the addition of visual strobes as per BCR recommendation 04.5A-010 Fire Alarm System.  Complete system re-verification to be included after panel installation.
 
Notifier panel requires replacement and new visual signals installed throughout the building.  This should include a review of end devices to ensure compliance with fire code.  If required by code end devices should also be updated.  Panel replacement is required due to ongoing issues with panel power loss and issues with panel rebooting.
