GOC377085 -Consulting - Replace Hydronic Valves

There are 2 valves on the hydronic system that leak excessively and do not control well any longer.  The valves have already been repacked but that has not solved the problem.  The valves will require replacement with 2 new valves.   The valves requiring replacement are 5" three way control valves for the hot water loop (located above the heat exchangers) and the induction loop (located above the induction loop pumps).  Also replace 6 x 5" rising stem hand operated isolation valves on the induction system.  The valves have seized and are no longer operable.
 
The valves are leaking excessively and require replacement.  Work to be done during the cooling season.
