Description

Perform a condition assessment and complete the specific plumbing, concrete, drainage, floor drains and repair/replacement of the floor sealing as required in basements levels B01 and B02. The condition assessment shall include the visual and camera inspection of the complete drainage system, both gravity and pumped, located in basement levels B01 and B02, the Central Heating Plant and underground tunnels. The condition assessment shall be performed under the responsability and charge of the consultant as part of the project planning/investigation phase.
