* Applies to all wood framed windows and celestory windows throughout the complex
* Provide options to replace with new thermal windows of higher quality.
* FHBRO's conservation standards and guidelines to be applied in project delivery process.
* The windows are charater-defining elements and are significant for theirsize and placement (picture windows, clerestories).
*  Any studies of thermal upgrades to the windows should take into account a type of frame that would be compatible with the overall design of the building.
* Consultants will take into account the heritage values and character-defining elements identified in the building's Heritage Character Statement
