Based on the consultant's thorough investigation, the report is to include any recommendations of work including associated Class D costs which includes estimates for both consultant and contractor costs along with the items identified in the SOW for each project below. Existing plumbing drawings will be provided as a guideline.  During the investigation there may be a need to access areas that may require cutting and patching; Consultant is responsible for reviewing provided drawings to determine intrusive inspection costs.
Each Building may vary based on the specific requirement but will have a combination of the below:
* Create a flushing plan (with flush points) for potable water system
* Identify dead legs in potable water system and provide recommendations to rectify
* Create required sampling access points for potable water system
* Determine mixing valve requirements to maintain system temperature
* Determine requirements to reduce drinking fountain water temperature to below 20 deg. C
* Install a drain on exterior hose bibs to eliminate stagnant water in the lines over the winter
