Conduct an Intermediate Level III Building Cladding Screening. This is a systematic evaluation of building cladding in order to protect the health and safety of the occupants and the public. The inspections is nondestructive detailed inspection (from swing stages, access equipment, etc.) which is to provide an in-depth close up “snap-shot” of the cladding condition, state of repair and identification of current or potential problems. The key deliverable of the project is a conclusion regarding the need for a further Level III review (a specialized technical review undertaken to address specific deficiencies identified from an Intermediate Review), based on the observations made by the Consultant. While there is no requirement to undertake testing or intrusive investigations in this review, the Consultant must evaluate and identify such detailed work that would be necessary if they conclude that their observations require a further Level III review.
