Bidders are to sign in upon arrival, and are to ensure that they have valid ID on hand.

Bidders will are requested to arrive on-time and the site visit will commence at the above stated time.

The site visit will encompass a travelling component which will include visiting the various roads located within the Pickering Lands Site, please ensure that sufficient time (minimum: 1 hour) has been allotted to view the Site and its Work requirements as defined in Appendix 2 – Scope of Work.
