WINDTUNNEL - Dismantle existing racks and supply new engineer stamped Rack Storage. This shall include all safety guarding, as well as, safety netting for the back of racks when access is required between rack system and wall. Gear lockers for storage and preparation of field work. Install new security fencing around the existng satellite. Replace existing bay door with new roll-up door. Racks are organized and labeled with capacity.
WAREHOUSE - Dismantle existing racks and shelving and supply new Engineer stamped Rack Storage system. This shall include all safety guarding, as well as, safety netting for the back of racks when access is required between rack system and wall. Racks are organized and labeled with capacity. All shelving bins preset to suit current product requirements. Relocation of existing Lunch Area (including removal of VCT flooring).
Multi Year project with design completed but construction to start Year 1. Construction to continue Year 2.
Consultant to also carry structural engineering to review existing floor load to ensure it can withstand new proposed racks loads with storage.  Consultant to include as part of scope of work to provide floor markings for permanent aisles and passageways
