GOC375474-RFQ-HAR-REPOST - Consulting Services - Passenger Elevator Modernization and Maintenance Contract

Modernize  elevator  and  establish  a  new  long  term  maintenance  contract.  Coordinate  contract  with  PWGSC  Maintenance  Management.  The  1982  Armor  passenger  elevator  is  located  in  the  northwest entrance lobby serving the 1st and 2nd floors. There is no fireman¿s recall. Kone Elevator (under the 25 year National Master Elevator Contract, terms of COMPLETE maintenance ‐ Expiry date is 2017) Plans & Specs Year 1 and Construction Year 2.  Top of car rails, machine room guarding, and Emergency Return Device have all been installed on this elevator.
 
The equipment has reached its 25 life cycle replacement requirement.  The  Consultant  will  engage  and  carry  all  costs  required  to  complete  the  design,  tender,  construction  management  phases,  and  close‐out,  all  of  which  is  expected  to  include  specialists  from  each  of  the following disciplines:
