Procurement of consultant to conduct a formal assessment/audit of the sites confined spaces. Risk assessment of confined spaces and a comprehensive confined space audit report, identifying existing and potential confined spaces and providing required recommendations for hazard controls. As part of the risk assessment, physical and atmospheric hazards need to be identified including air quality testing. An intent to bid letter/email is preferred no later than August 3rd 2 pm CDT
