Description

Remove crumbled brick grouting on all exterior brick walls and re-point. Brick mortar is crumbling between brick surfaces likely sourced to the close proximity to industrial pulp & paper complex. Repointing exterior brick walls will extend life of brick & stone components adding to longevity of a designated 'heritage' building and contribute to a more acceptable visual appearance.
