Description

Investigate and report on the following items:
* Create a flushing plan (with flush points) for potable water system
* Identify dead legs in potable water system and provide recommendations to rectify
* Create required sampling access points for potable water system
* Install a backup pump for cooling tower water
* Install mixing valves on 15 HWTs to regulate the temperature to 60 deg c.
* Increase size of kitchen HWTs
* Modify cooling tower air intake to ensure that there is more than 10 meters separating the exhaust and intake
