GOC377028 - Consultant - TR- Building Envelope and Windows Upgrade

The intention of the project is to complete a building envelope study focused on windows followed by implementation of the corrective measures.  Several windows on the south and north sides of the building are showing signs of deterioration. Based on recommendations the required windows should be fixed or replaced. Replacement of windows for the entire building needs to be investigated - 49% of windows have failed to date. This report and design will enable us to identify the areas where heat loss is occurring.  P&S in 1st year and implementation in 2nd year.  The walls should be re-insulated to increase efficiency in the facility.  There have been occupant complaints from past years that certain exterior zone offices are cold in winter. Completing this project will identify where we can make improvements in regards to energy savings.
