The drain system for the storm water for both High and Low Rise needs to be assessed as the element has reached its life expectancy and there has been some corrosion identified in the area.

Detailed Report of the entire drain systems in the facility and a comprehensive report of their condition, including blockage of the piping, life expectancy and recommendations, budget cost required to repair deficiencies. And a detailed drawings of all the drain lines for the facility to be included in the Study.
