GOC372997-GOC372970-CS - Exhaust Fan Review & Re-Balancing of the HVAC System

GOC372997 - The exhaust system must be reviewed in order to determine if the equipment is still reliable as it has reached its life expectancy. The equipment is located in various floors and the main fan is in the penthouse mechanical room. Replace fans as needed based on the findings/recommendations.
GOC372970 - Due to a number of previous tenant refits and expected tenant floor refits for the upcoming years, it has become necessary for the HVAC system to be re-balanced in order to ensure Indoor Air Quality regulations are being adhered to and that standards for optimum comfort are being provided to the building occupants. Due to a number of floor re-fits completed in the past and the tenant's future floor distribution plan, it's critical for the HVAC system to be is re-balanced to ensure ASHRAE standards are being adhered to and that optimum ambient comfort temperatures for occupants are being met as per Treasury Board Guidelines.
