GOC372836-CS - Fire Damper Inspection Report

Investigate and report: Fire Damper Inspection and Identification, Locate and test all fire dampers including tenant areas and within all Mechanical, Electrical, Telco rooms and stairwells in order to comply with mandatory maintenance program (CMMS). 1) Complete inventory of all Fire Dampers including adding a CMMS number for each 2) Complete as‐built plans showing the location of all dampers and their associated CMMS number 3) Report will include all dampers, their condition and what repair/maintenance would be required. 4) Provide recommendations for all types of repairs. 5) The repair/replacement of any dampers identified as requiring this would be done in future years and will be on the BMP list for next year.  Currently there is no existing CMMS list of the dampers. There are approx. 200 Fire Dampers in the building as per the attached Fire Link Maintenance Report. Any dampers that are non‐accessible for testing will be noted in the report and indicated on the as built plans for a contractor at a later date. All dampers that are accessible will be required to be tested by the consultant.
