Statement of Work/Overview:
The objective of this project is to perform BOMA BEST assessments/application for BOMA version 3.0 for 4 buildings throughout British Columbia and to review and validate the content with the BGIS requirements matrix. Respondent will have or will engage the necessary expertise and qualified sub-consultants to provide depth and experience to perform the services required by BGIS (education, professional, designation, membership and work experience). In addition to the consultant’s responsibilities as described in BGIS contract for consulting services, the consultant shall, in a careful, efficient and professional manner, provide consulting services when required (mechanical, electrical, architectural and more). Prepare assessment to submit application for BOMA BEST certification of building before March 2018 deadline.
