Repair All Major and Minor Damages to Concrete Precast Panels
Description:
Complete large patch repairs to approximately 10 panels, including rebar restoration and additional reinforcing.
Complete large patch repairs to approximately 80 panels on lower terrace parapets and planters, including rebar restoration and additional reinforcing.
Complete small scale patch repairs at approximately 40 locations including treatment of existing rebar, spread throughout the exterior wall facade.
Embed crushed roof ballast into the concrete patch mix, to match adjacent finishes.
