Statement of Work/Overview:

BGIS is looking to hire a multidisciplinary team of advisors to conduct a carbon neutral study for the building located at Library Square, 300 W Georgia St, Vancouver BC V6B 6B4. In general, the purpose of a carbon neutral study is to identify opportunities to significantly reduce the building’s carbon emissions from fossil fuel and reduce whole building energy consumption. The proposed changes should also significantly reduce the energy costs for the building.
