The Excel Spreadsheet uploaded to MERX as part of this RFQ has two tabs:

Tab 1: Pricing Matrix which must be completely filled out and all cells completed in order for the Financial Offer to be evaluated as per section 2.8 Evaluation of the RFQ. Respondents are to enter an “all in” cost as requested.
Tab 2: On Demand Pricing. BGIS is requesting the cost for a supplementary audit should any sites not included in this RFQ wish an audit be performed. Respondents are to enter an “all in” cost as requested.
