The work of this project is to re-configure the existing space in the CLBC Offices at 620 - 17th Street in Castlegar.

The intent of this bid call is for BGIS Workplace Solutions Inc. (“BGIS WSI”) to obtain offers (“Bids”) from interested and qualified parties (“Bidders”) to perform the Work required to complete Renovation at Community Living located at Community Living 620 17th Street Castlegar for a Stipulated Price, in accordance with the Contract Documents.

A qualified party is a company capable of performing all requirements of a CCDC-2 Stipulated Price Contract, 2008 version, Supplements thereof, 10% Bid Bond, 50% Performance and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bonds and in compliance with “Instructions to Bidders” issued with the Tender Documents.
