Description

The intent of this project is to procure a specialized consultant who will provide a comprehensive review of the Parking Lot Splines (walkways) in the southeastern part of the campus (Phase 2) and recommend any upgrades to the existing pathways as required. The review will also identify any areas that require immediate corrective action, with respect to all applicable codes. Implementation of the recommendations, will also form part of this project as a Tender Ready for fiscal 2017/18.

Respondents must attend a mandatory site meeting. Respondents are requested to meet Dave Sprung (613-862-8287) at the Ellis Don – Phase 1 Security Trailer in Parking “F” located at 60 Moodie Drive (See Merx posted "Site Plan" for directions). Bidders will require government issued photo ID to sign in with security and to sign the mandatory on site Visit Attendance Sheet. Proper PPE must be worn,
1. Hard hat
2. Safety glasses
3. Steal toe boots (Green triangle tag)
4. High visibility safety vest
5. Long pants and sleeved shirt no dresses/shorts
6. No cut off shirts
