Statement of Work/Overview:

Consulting Services for:      

1.GOC375234 To repave the upper level parking lot on west side of the Surrey Taxation Center. It was identified by onsite maintenance and occupants 11,925 sq. ft. of asphalt by the loading area has broken loose and is floating. North sidewalks should also be included. The walkway from 134 St. should be widen. Install new meters in parking lot for the employees.        
                                             
2.GOC579931 Redesign landscape to modernize area and better utilize space. Look for areas to reduce regular maintenance costs. Look for opportunities to reduce or eliminate irrigation, saving water, maintenance and lifecycle costs, and improvements to site security. Remove trees in the parking lot, repave and plant flowers.

3.GOC579927 Upgrading the main entrance gates off 134th St will provide BGIS with off site access to open and close the gates as well as reduce the cost of the commissionaires of opening and closing the gates. Upgrade the gate (higher) at the Cafeteria.
