GOC918037-CS-1 - CSPS - D2 Fit-Up

 
The tenant has requested the fit up of D2 space to be used as a training area.  The current layout will remain and the following interior finishes are to be updated:
1. Remove all panels on interior partitions and replace with drywall.  Confirm existing studs are acceptable for this installation.
2. Remove existing flooring and replace with tenant approved flooring. 
3. S&I new vinyl baseboards
4. paint walls throughout tenant space.
5. Perform electrical receptacle modifications to remove existing track electrical system and reinstall wall receptacles with data boxes c/w pull string.
6. Install one new interior door and frame with sidelight
7. Review all doors and frames for potential replacement
8 . Confirm sprinkler coverage and life safety for the space.
9. remove existing and install new tile in D2 entrances
10. Make repairs to ceiling grid and tiles as required
11. Review lighting levels throughout space to PSPC standards and recommend/design replacement if required. The IAR tool will be used to assess the energy and GHG savings potentials for all options presented.
