Statement of Work/Overview:
Install new exterior door into existing exterior wall (at existing window locations) complete with a new
concrete sideway to the laneway.
Additionally, a new drywall wall approximately 15’-0” in length is required on the inside of the space by
the new exterior door, relocation of an existing adjacent door into new drywall wall, and an epoxy floor finish of approximately 15’-0” by 4’-4”.
