Consulting Services for:

Install new ventilation system on Floor Plan in Appendix 11:

No existing ventilation system in the considered area.
Install new ventilation system to service the area in Room 17 – Paint Bay.
The work involve the installation of galvanized duct work, telescopic wall sleeves, exhaust fan with related louvres and motorized dampers.
There will be an electrical component for the fan and dampers.
Work area must be taped off and sealed completely with no interference to other tenants, including after-hours.

This is a Tenant Project that does not require Investment Analysis Report (IAR).
