Statement of Work/Overview:
Conduct a thorough fire separation review to determine if they meet the requirements of the 2015 National Building Code and 2015 National Fire Code. The review should include, but not be limited to, the following:
1. Provide a floor plan (for each floor) showing rooms, stairs, and areas that require fire separation. The floor plan should have the following:
a. A fire separation legend identifying the fire resistance rating (FRR) of the rooms and areas requiring FRR. In this legend, provide details of the fire separation assembly.

b. Highlighting the rooms, stairs, and areas that require fire separation that MEET code
c. Highlighting the rooms, stairs, and areas that require fire separation that DOES NOT MEET code
d. Indicate the FRR of the rooms, stairs, and areas that require fire separation
e. Identify the areas that have fire/smoke dampers
2. Identify if the fire/smoke dampers are installed correctly
3. Identify the areas that have deficiencies and need corrections.
4. On a floor by floor basis, create a deficiency list indicating what is wrong and what is needed to correct. Provide labelled photographs showing the deficiencies and the locations.
5. Provide a plan showing the sequence of work to mitigate the deficiencies
6. Provide the Class C cost estimate for each sequence of work
