Design & implementation of new specialized lighting system to support CSPS Event functions. Elements to include: key and back lighting for lectern, flood-type lighting for the whole section of the panel area (side of room opposite of AV Control Room), new lighting control system in AV control room with on/off and dimming functions of individual light sources (dimming should not affect colour temperature).
