GOC921155-CS - Humidifier Installation

The project consists of the installation of five (5) new humidifiers and associated components on the five (5) HVAC systems serving the building occupied and storage areas.
-Rooftop Unit #1 system: 100lbs/hr capacity,
-Rooftop Unit #2 system: 100lbs/hr capacity,
-Rooftop Unit #3 system: 75lbs/hr capacity,
-Rooftop Unit #4 system: 50lbs/hr capacity,
-Rooftop Unit #5 system: 50lbs/hr capacity,
 
The project scope of work also includes the replacement/installation of the following, but may not be limited to the replacement/installation of the following; steam distribution, condensate drainage piping, domestic cold water piping; piping insulation; dispersion tubes or short absorption manifolds as required for specific system layout; electrical power supply and protection devices; return air humidity sensor; high limit humidistat; air flow proving switch; room relative humidity sensor with display; access doors and transparent inspection windows at dispersion and high limit humidistat locations. Supply ductwork modifications may be required for the proper installation and operation of the new steam dispersion devices. Short absorption manifolds are to be considered and installed where required to prevent condensation/wetting within supply ductwork. New humidifiers shall be selected and installed for stand-alone controls and operation.
