Additional Bidding Instructions

DDC-BACS System maintenance, upgrade of the existing system or replacement as required. DDC-BACS replacement of hardware and software for the system to current standards. The contractor shall investigate to what extent the system should be maintained, upgraded/replaced software, panels, controllers,etc). A quote is needed for at least three years with possibility of two one year extensions. Please pay close attention to all the information provided to ensure the bid received is reflective of the requirements document, DDC-BACS scope of work and scope of services required.
