Description

Statement of Work/Overview:
The project includes a full retrofit of the interior lighting, as well as any remaining exterior lighting fixtures that have not yet been converted to LED. For the interior lighting, only the lamps would be replaced, and the T8 lamps (which constitute most of the interior lighting) will be replaced using the glass LED T8 lamps on Floors 1-11, P1, P2, Penthouse, Elevators and Exterior. No fixture or ballast replacement would be conducted. Refer to Internat Energy Solutions Canada Tender Plans and Specifications for Complete Scope of Work.
