Statement of Work/Overview:
 
Complete the AHU and Fans Study Report as per The National Call Letter and PWGSC Statement of Work.
A study to determine the condition of the existing AHU's and supply/return fans in the building.  Study to identify all components of the AHU's, supply & return fans while commenting on the age of the equipment, current condition, age and life expectancy along with providing Class D estimates for construction.  Energy efficiency, building requirements and emission reductions should be a priority of this study, if applicable.

Clarification:
1) Closing date has been extended to Wednesday November 29 @ 2pm.
2) Please provide a list of AHUs that are part of the scope of work.
[BGIS] Main Building: AHU 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13
CCB Building: AHU 105, 106, 115
3) The building seems to have asbestos. Are we required to carry environmental consultant to help
with estimating the cost of abatement and schematic design?
[BGIS] DSS report attached. Please review and carry environmental consultant if required.
4) Are we required carry structural engineer to help with estimating cost and schematic design since
replacement most likely requires cutting holes in roof or walls
[BGIS] Yes.
5) Are original and updated drawings available and what is their state?
[BGIS] At a minimum, there are CAD floor plans. Original base building drawings are available on
site and will be made available to the successful proponent.
6) Are there any updated drawings in cad that we can use for floor plans?
[BGIS] See above.
7) Are we required to review the sizing of the units (too small or big, block load calculations), as this
may affect future energy consumption.
[BGIS] Yes.
8) Are we required to review ductwork throughout the building and to what extent?
[BGIS] No. Only Air Handling Units and Fans.
ALL OTHER ITEMS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.
