Description

Scope:
Replace the existing RTU2 & RTU3 with standard commercial cooling only rooftop units. Reconfigure existing duct work as required as well as install new. Structural steel and roofing will be required in order to accommodate new RTU units.
Controls upgrade would consist of connecting the existing hydronic heating controls to the existing BAS, upgrading the actuators of each of the control valves and connecting major equipment to the BAS for trending, monitoring and scheduling. The controls upgrade would also include modifications to the outdoor air control strategy.

Proponents are hereby notified that in order to be eligible under this notification, their firm must hold, at minimum, a Designated Organizational Screening (DOS) certificate issued by CISD. Respondents must provide proof of their DOS Clearance by submitting their Security Clearance certificate and/or number.
It should be noted that higher levels of security clearance may be required upon award of contract, which may include but not be limited to; Facility Secret Clearance (FSC) and personnel cleared for Level II – Secret, issued by CISD.
If you would like to be invited for RFQ;

1) please submit proof of DOS Clearance.
2) Reliability clearance of employees from RCMP.
3) Reliability clearance of employees from CISD

Only those Proponents will be invited to take part in RFQ; who will submit above mentioned documents in Merx and sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with BGIS.

At the time of submitting security information in Merx, System will prompt to enter dollar amount; please enter $1.
