Description

The stairwell at the rear of the PANL building allows patrons to access a parking lot to the North along the river. The stairwell area presents two (2) main issues; the stairwell itself and the cladding of granite wall are in poor condition, representing Health and Safety issues for pedestrians. For this reason, the stairwell providing access to the podium from the Cliff Heating & Cooling Plant parking lot has been closed to the public since September 15, 2016.

Through retaining a Prime Consultant from this tender the design process to implement the recommended option can begin.
