Description

Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following:
Install a video surveillance system at 130 Syndicate Rd, Thunder Bay. The system includes:
9 outdoor Cameras and 2 indoor cameras.

1 Video server
2 monitoring stations, 1 station is to be installed at BGIS Thunder Bay office and will access the video server via a VPN link. Internet access is out of scope.
Start-up and performance testing of all systems c/w reports including CMMS form.
Provision of identification for all equipment and conduit/piping work.
Associated cutting, patching and painting. Make good all areas affected by construction.
Update Single Line Diagram and Breaker panel as required.

Site work is to be performed during / only after hours and / or on weekends. From 5 pm to 7 am weekdays/ from 5 pm Friday till 7 am Monday weekends.

THIS IS NOT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.

The intent of this notice is to finalize Bidder's List. Proponents are hereby notified that in order to be eligible under this notification, their firm must hold, at minimum, a Designated Organizational Screening (DOS) certificate issued by CISD. Respondents must provide proof of their DOS Clearance by submitting their Security Clearance certificate and/or number.

If you would like to be invited for RFQ;
1) please submit proof of DOS Clearance.
2) Sign attached NDA.

Only those Proponents will be invited to take part in RFQ; who will submit above mentioned documents in Merx and sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with BGIS.

At the time of submitting security information in Merx, System will prompt to enter dollar amount; please enter $1.
