Project Description:
Replace Existing Engineered Air cool only units with Pre-Packaged heat/cool Units, Reconfigure existing duct work as required as well as install new. Structural steel and roofing will be required in order to accommodate
new RTU units.

VVT Zone Dampers and New Digital Controls will be installed to suite new system. Scope of work also includes the Removal of two roof mounted exhaust fans, with replacement of one.

Removal of existing pneumatic controls as required,

Installation of one new split unit for a newer computer room.

THIS IS NOT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.

The intent of this notice is to finalize Bidder's List. Proponents are hereby notified that in order to be eligible under this notification, their firm must hold, at minimum, a Designated Organizational Screening (DOS) certificate issued by CISD. Respondents must provide proof of their DOS Clearance by submitting their Security Clearance certificate and/or number.

If you would like to be invited for RFQ;
1) please submit proof of DOS Clearance.
2) Sign attached NDA.
Only those Proponents will be considered; who will submit above mentioned documents in Merx and sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with BGIS.
Preference will be given to those vendors who have staff with RCMP Reliability Clearance.
