Please confirm your intent to submit and the attendance of the site visit with the full names of representatives by e-mailing back to me before November 24th 2017, 5.00 pm EST.
Proponents shall deliver its Quotation electronically (via MERX) no later than 5 p.m. EST on December 22, 2017
All submitted prices shall be firm and quoted in Canadian funds. The prices quoted in the Proposal shall remain in effect during the term of the Contract and the extension term and shall represent full payment for all Deliverables and other matters necessary to perform the Contract.
