Description

Work of this Contract comprises of operational improvements to an indoor closed loop
cooling tower as detailed on the drawings and specifications. Cooling tower requires a new Installation of sump basin and controls. During bidding, in your pricing breakdown, please separate costs as individual line items for Repairing Concrete footing/foundation of the cooling tower and upgrading of maintenance scaffolding. Client will be performing this work in another Fiscal year. Use Appendix 8 to list these individual line items.
