Description

The intent of this bid call is for BGIS Workplace Solutions Inc. (“BGIS WSI”) to obtain offers (“Bids”) from interested and qualified parties (“Bidders”) to perform the Work required to complete Tenant Improvements which includes but is not limited to creation of new walls for six enclosed offices, relocation of some open work stations and the creation of two communicating doors into two adjacent existing offices which also includes electrical ,mechanical and security requirements located at Real Property Division (RPD), Ministry of Citizens’ Services, #1-15355 102A Avenue Surrey for a Stipulated Price, in accordance with the Contract Documents.

A qualified party is a company capable of performing all requirements of a CCDC-2 Stipulated Price Contract, 2008 version, Supplements thereof, 10% Bid Bond, 50% Performance and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bonds and in compliance with “Instructions to Bidders” issued with the Tender Documents
