                    Labour: Position Title (ie Electrician-Foreman),
                                   the rate type (ie regular daytime hours) x hourly rate (as per the rates from RFSO)
                                  x number of hours to complete the job = extended total.
               Materials: Cost of materials x 10% Mark-Up = extended total.
