Replacement of three (3) boilers.

The intent of this bid call is for Brookfield GIS Workplace Solutions Inc. (“Brookfield GIS WSI”) to obtain offers (“Bids”) from interested and qualified parties (“Bidders”) to perform the Work required to complete Replacement of 3 boilers located at 350 Barlow Street, Quesnel, BC (Quesnel Provincial Government Office Building) for a Stipulated Price, in accordance with the Contract Documents.

A qualified party is a company capable of performing all requirements of a CCDC-2 Stipulated Price Contract, 2008 version, Supplements thereof, 10% Bid Bond, 50% Performance and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bonds and in compliance with “Instructions to Bidders” issued with the Tender Documents.
