GOC327479; GOC333334 +more - Refresh and Construct various washrooms for Complex

1- Refresh 1st and 2nd floor shower facilities.  Retile walls, install gymnasium type shower room complete with up to 4 blow driers. Install up to 15 new lockable lockers in 2nd floor and 10 in lower floor. Upgrade lighting to T8 25 watt bulbs and ballast. Remove and cap redundant plumbing.
2- Washroom renovation washroom include new ceiling tile, floor & wall tile, partitions, doors and fixtures.
3- Refurbish washrooms.  The first floor - replace ceramic floors and wall tiles, gypsum board ceiling, single sink and toilet. 2nd floor replace vinyl/ceramic tiles, partitions, ceiling tiles and fixtures.  Re-instate drop ceiling as portion of this project. Accessibility to be considered as recommended option.
4- Replace plumbing fixture and refurbish washroom. Include tile, walls, partitions. Provide accessible barrier free option in I&R.
5- Refresh Washrooms and Showers Include water saving fixtures and energy efficient lighting.
6- Washrooms and Sink. To install a chemical washroom and install a proper water supply. There is currently no washroom in this building and the existing sink purges water directly in the field.
